Two ways we deliver NDT training.
We operate two complementary B2B service channels, each contracting with a distinct customer type. The instruction is the same caliber; the contracting and delivery model is what differs.
Apprenticeship Related Supplemental Instruction.
We contract as the dedicated RSI provider for state-registered apprenticeship sponsors operating registered NDT apprenticeship programs — replacing the typical patchwork of single-method 1099 Level III consultants with one full-time delivery team.
The contracting party is the apprenticeship sponsor; payment flows from the sponsor on a per-RSI-hour-per-apprentice basis under a multi-year Master Services Agreement.
What sponsors get
Single-vendor delivery of the full RSI curriculum.
PT, MT, UT, RT, VT (Level I + II), Industrial Radiographer Radiation Safety, Introduction to CR/DR, and PAUT theory — all under one MSA.
Eliminates cohort-postponement risk.
Full-time W-2 instructors mean cohort start and end dates aren't held hostage to a contractor's primary employer.
Unified examination and student records.
One consistent format for examinations, attendance, and method-level competency — ready for state and federal apprenticeship reporting.
One contracting and invoicing relationship.
Per-RSI-hour-per-apprentice pricing with volume tiers. No vendor-management overhead across multiple Level IIIs.
On-site & corporate training engagements.
We contract directly with industrial employers to train their employed inspectors on specialty methods. Engagements are ordered against a Master Services Agreement on a per-engagement, per-inspector basis.
Delivery happens at our El Segundo facility or on-site at the client's facility, at the client's election. On-site engagements include reimbursement of the instructor's actual travel costs in addition to per-inspector tuition.

Production-grade instruments. Real flaws.
Practical sessions use phased array and conventional ultrasonic flaw detectors and accessories from Wabtec Inspection Technologies (formerly Evident Scientific; legacy Olympus NDT), eddy current instrumentation, and Flawtech reference samples and calibration blocks for PT, MT, UT, VT, and ET instruction.
Cohort-specific equipment is prepared at our El Segundo headquarters and dispatched as portable instructor kits to client venues for on-site engagements — then returned for inventory and recalibration after each cohort.
B2B only
We train inspectors employed by our client organizations. Individual technicians: please contact your employer or apprenticeship program.
